• Double-sided tape, foam tape
• UC rectangle cards
• Trimmer, Scissors

Instructions:

1. Cut Estate Agent paper 10.5 x 14.8cm and glue to card front.

2.Cut 5 patterned paper strips approximately 2 x 8.5cm each.

3. Tear the short edges towards you on either side of each piece.

4. Distress the long edges with your scissors or a distressing tool.

5. Loop twine onto 2 foam squares to create a twine embellishment.

6. Add the twine first then add a sentiment, leaves & arrow. Finish the card with a few gold star stickers.
