We ship all our orders worldwide with Australia Post. You will receive full tracking so you can follow your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Orders will require a signature on delivery, however, you can jump onto the Auspost App and update your delivery preference to 'leave in a safe location' at any time.
We also offer FREE Local Pick-Up for South Australian customers (just select this option at the checkout). Orders may be collected from Modbury North Post Office, located at Clovercrest Shopping Centre, Shop 20/429 Montague Rd, Modbury SA 5092. Orders will be available to collect within 1 business day of shipping notice. Please ensure all orders are collected within 14 business days. Post office trading hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am-12:00pm
Sunday - Closed
Postage charges are based on the weight of the goods, and is calculated at the checkout. For orders outside of Australia, pricing will display in your local currency.
Australia - Between $3.00 and $11.95 AUD, shipped with Australia Post
New Zealand - Between $7.00 and $17.95 AUD, shipped with Australia Post
International (excluding USA) - Between $8.00 and $25.00 AUD, shipped with Australia Post
USA - Between $15.00 and $32.00 AUD, shipped with Australia Post. Duties are pre-calculated and paid at checkout.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in South Australia. For international orders, duties and taxes may be charged by customs authorities. Payment of these is the responsibility of the purchaser and not Uniquely Creative. Uniquely Creative is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred.

If you are an EU or UK resident and your purchase is for personal use, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU and UK distance selling laws.
To exercise this right:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your products of your intention to return them.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless we advised otherwise at the time of purchase.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage, whichever is earlier.
This EU/UK right of withdrawal applies in addition to our standard 30-day return window where applicable.
