Instructions

1. Place the Twinkly Stars stencil over the white card base and secure down with washi tape. Ink blend with Fiesta Blue ink over the top.
2. Die cut cross stitched circle frame die from white cardstock. Stamp the fish stamp throughout the inner circle with Twilight ink.
3. Adhere the outer part of the cross stitched circle over the top with foam strips.
4. Stamp the sentiment with clear ink and heat emboss with Primary Blue Topaz embossing powder and die cut with coordinating dies.
5. Stamp the cat on white blending cardstock with Memento tuxedo black ink and colour in with copic markers.
6. Adhere all the pieces down with foam mount tape.
7. Embellish the card with light blue rhinestones to complete the card.
