Instructions:

1. Die cut largest stitched rectangle die from white cardstock. Using blending tool, ink Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide on top third. Use Stormy Sky Distress Oxide to cover the rest of the panel, lightening the ink as you work your way down.
2. Spritz with water and remove excess with paper towel. Dry well with heat tool.

3. Add texture paste through City Scene Stencil using a palette knife, until the whole background is evenly covered. Dry well with heat tool.

4. Stamp images and colour with the colouring medium of your choice (I used Copic Markers). Hint: I masked off the ‘CFS’ on the firefighter’s hat using a small piece of washi tape on the stamp. Die cut or fussy cut the images once complete.

5. Assemble the card by adhering the background piece onto a black scalloped rectangle, and then onto the front of the card base. Adhere the stamped images with foam mounts. To complete the card, adhere the sentiment to the left side of the card.
